As the Manifesta Head of Development, you are in charge of fundraising and sponsorship. You are strategically planning, coordinating and implementing all fundraising activities of the Manifesta Foundation and the Manifesta Biennial editions, taking place in Palermo in 2018 and Marseille in 2020. You are building and stewarding our relationships with major private and public funding parties, while developing your own team of international professionals and coordinate their work.

We are looking for business-minded and result-oriented candidates with excellent skills in communication and management. Candidates are qualified in collaborating with the various departments of Manifesta. Passion for both the arts and support of the arts are important and desirable assets in this position.

As the Manifesta Head of Communication and Marketing you are in charge of the conceptualisation, coordination and implementation of the overall communication and marketing strategy of the Manifesta Foundation and the Manifesta Biennial editions, taking place in Palermo in 2018 and Marseille in 2020. This exciting and challenging function requires a set of strategic and management skills, being dynamic and hands-on, as well as monitoring an international staff in different European host cities in variety of cultural contexts.
