Shipping container, test environment for time capsule exhibited at Ex Alumix in Bolzano

Five members of the Swiss collective etoy.CORPORATION lived and worked inside a shipping container to encapsulate their own data for Mission Eternity (missioneternity.org), a digital cult of the dead. With this project, etoy.CORPORATION questioned the role of storage technology, archiving strategies and loss in the digital age.
