Manifesta 16 will Investigate the influence of global logistics, emerging trade routes, digital economies, and changing working conditions on Europe, through an artistic and social lens. We will be based in Essen, a vibrant city in western Germany known for its rich industrial history and cultural diversity, which seamlessly blends its industrial heritage with contemporary art.
