Nicolas Grospierre is a visual artist working in the expanded field of photography. Trained in political science, he approaches architecture as a mirror of collective memory and vanished utopias. His images explore modernism from an East-West perspective, tracing how ideology, identity and environment shape one another. Moving between documentary precision and conceptual play, he creates visually seductive photographs and installations that test the perception of the viewer.
