Accreditation for Manifesta 16 Ruhr is open!
Accreditation is open!
From the 18th to the 20th of June 2026, Manifesta 16 Ruhr venues will open their doors for Press and Professionals for Preview Days of Manifesta 16 Ruhr.
On the 18th of June, access is exclusively reserved for Press Professionals, who can attend all three days of the Preview Day's programme. On the 19th and 20th of June, all Professionals are invited to apply for accreditation.
The Preview Days offer an early look at the programme before it opens to the public and they will culminate in the official opening celebration from 19.00 on the 20th of June at the UNESCO World Heritage Site Zeche Zollverein in Essen.
Manifesta 16 Ruhr will run from the 21st of June to the 4th of October 2026 and will be free to visit for everyone. Spanning Essen, Bochum, Gelsenkirchen and Duisburg, this edition unfolds across neighbourhoods, transforming former church buildings into spaces for cultural exchange.
The deadline for accreditation is the 15th of May 2026.
